Logan currently serves as National Practice Leader, Enrollment Strategy & Voluntary Benefits at IMA. Partnering with market leaders, producers, and service teams across the IMA enterprise, he is responsible for creating the vision, and execution of IMA’s enrollment strategy and voluntary benefits. Before building this national practice, Logan was an employee benefits producer at IMA in the DFW market and spent 5 years at Aflac leading a team of benefit advisors in both Missouri and North Texas.

In addition to his work at IMA, Logan is passionate about giving back to his community. He is a founding member and current Chair of IMA’s Associates of Color Resource Group, sits on NAAIA (National African American Insurance Association) DFW’s executive board as the Emerging Leaders Chair, and serves on The Institutes Knowledge Group’s CE Advisory board. With a strong belief in the power of mentorship, he also serves as a “Life After Ball Mentor” supporting student-athletes at local universities, SMU and TCU, and recently participated in IICF’s Mentoring Alliance as an industry mentor.

Logan graduated from the University of Missouri, earning a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences while competing in the SEC as a four-year letter winner for the Mizzou football team.
