Based in Dallas, Andy Houston is currently an Executive Vice President with Chubb and manages Commercial Insurance (Middle Market) in the Southwest Region.  In this role, Andy is responsible for the business unit’s profit and growth strategies, underwriting leadership, and distribution engagement.  Chubb’s Southwest region has five branch offices and works with trading partners across nine states.  Andy joined Chubb’s Multinational department in 2006 and over his career earned progressively increased responsibilities in both field and home office roles.

Since 2022, Andy has been the proud co-chair of Chubb’s Mosaic Business Round Table.  Prior to that, he served as a co-leader for the launch of Mosaic’s newly formed LatinX Alliance.  Mosaic’s mission is to increase Chubb’s ability to attract, retain and foster the career development of multicultural talent, while serving as a catalyst for market-facing initiatives that attract diverse business opportunities, and enhance Chubb’s brand recognition among prospective multicultural employees, distribution partners, customers and business communities.

Andy earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Affairs from the University of New Hampshire and his MBA from DePaul University.
